Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Innovative PoolTech ("we," "us," "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services Provided
Innovative PoolTech provides residential pool services, including weekly pool maintenance, pool equipment repair and replacement (pumps, filters, automation, and plumbing), and pool renovations (resurfacing, tile, coping, skimmer replacement, and leak repair), in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.

Estimates and Scheduling
Estimates are provided based on the information and photos you submit and, for renovations, an on-site visit and measurements. Estimates are not a guarantee of final cost if the scope of work changes. Work begins once you approve your estimate and a date is scheduled with us.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, our site is our proprietary property, and all source code, functionality, software, website design, text, photographs, and graphics on the site are owned or controlled by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

User Representations
By using our site or services, you represent and warrant that all information you submit (including through estimate requests, service scheduling, or contact forms) will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovative PoolTech will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or services.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Innovative PoolTech and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these terms.

SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting in to Innovative PoolTech SMS/text messaging, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.

  • Program Description: We send text messages to confirm and remind you of estimate and service appointments, provide service and job updates, send estimates and follow up on your inquiries.

  • Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You provide consent by checking the SMS consent box on our forms or otherwise opting in as described at the point of collection.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service schedule.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to [BUSINESS PHONE]. After you send "STOP," we will send one final confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed, then you'll receive no further messages from us.

  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us.
